In the complicated situation of COVID-19 pandemic spreading globally, like many other businesses, we are experiencing difficulty in the shipping process. Despite the highly-increased shipping cost and the efforts we made to work closely with partner postal operators (USPS, UPS, RM, Canada Post, Australia Post) to move items as quickly as possible, delays are inevitable due to the restricted traffic and stricter Customs checking process. Standard shipping time may be longer than usual, around 3-7 business days for the US and 20-25 business days worldwide at the latest. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and plead for your sympathy and patience for this.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once shipped, delivery within: (Due to current COVID-19 global crisis we have to revised our shipping time below, and we are doing everything possible to get your parcel as quickly as possible. however please bear with us and we will make sure you will get your parcel.
• USA: 2-6 Business Days
• Canada: 7 - 9 Business Days
• UK & Europe: 14 - 20 Business Days
• International: 14 - 20 Business Days
• All orders ship with Love from New Jersey & Florida, USA
If you are unhappy with the lead times, please contact one of our representatives and they will give you a full refund or cancel your order for you! We want our customers to be happy.
During the peak season, due to high demand, it can take up to 3 - 7 days within USA for the delivery of your item. If in doubt please consult the customer service at email@example.com
- All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
- All orders placed before 9 a.m. PST on a business day will be shipped out the following business day, not including processing time. (Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time for personalized Jewelry items).
- The international shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. All of the prices exclude customs taxes, duties and fees.
- All above are calculated based on service level, number of items purchased, the weight of the item(s), the destination country, and all applicable duties & taxes.
- Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the merchandise purchased, the classification of the merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted & used, and the Value Added Tax (VAT) rates set by the destination country.
- If you don't see the country you're looking for on the list, you may contact us directly and we will help you find a solution as some countries unfortunately prohibit packages that contain jewelry made and shipped from the US.
Time frames mentioned above for delivery include production time.
Express shipments require a customer signature upon delivery.
Each customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to international shipments. Amayajewells has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete delivery address.
If your delivery address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.
Due to current COVID-19 situation, you can now change your shipping address up to 48 hours after placing your order.SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.
This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID and Email.
The estimated delivery date is based on the selected delivery method. Delivery dates are based on business days and they do not include weekends and holidays.
Please note that special orders may have a longer processing and manufacturing time frame.
With additional safety precautions around COVID-19 we are fulfilling all orders in a timely manner with 95% of our orders arriving on time. Some deliveries may be delayed and we appreciate your patience during this time.
